Good things take time—and your custom creation is totally worth the wait. Since each one is handcrafted just for you, please allow up to 6 weeks for processing (shipping time not included!).

Can I return or exchange a personalized item? +-

Since your piece is made-to-order and uniquely yours, it’s considered final sale. That means no returns or exchanges—but we’re pretty confident you’ll love it.

Can I make changes after I place my order? +-

Wish we could, but once your order’s in, it heads straight into production! That means we can’t make changes to the personalization, quantity, or cancel it. Double check everything before you hit that “place order” button!

How will my personalized jewelry be packaged? +-

Each piece is packed with care—inside a bubble poly bag, sealed in a zip-lock poly mailer, and tucked into a kraft mailer for extra safe travels.

Will my personalized item ship with the rest of my order? +-

Nope! Personalized pieces ship separately, since they take a little extra time to create. Your regular goodies will ship out like usual, and your custom item will follow once it’s ready (after that 6-week processing time).
