My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

We get it—carrier delays and scanning mix-ups can happen. Sometimes a package will be marked as “Delivered” a little early, but it usually shows up within a few business days.

If it’s been 48 hours since your tracking says “Delivered” and the package still hasn’t arrived, double-check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, neighbors, etc.). Still no luck? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
