Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we are always looking for new ways to keep it healthy and delicious. We wanted to get a little creative for this recipe while still including some of our favorite ingredients! Follow along to learn how to make your new favorite toast. We are obsessed!
Whole grain toast
2 cups of spinach
Minced onions, salt, red pepper flakes, olive oil
toasting your bread
saute the spinach and minced onions together
boil your egg and wait for it to fully cook
Once you have done all that, add the spinach on top of the toast. Next, slice the egg and place on top of the spinach. Finish it off by sprinkling the sliced almonds, salt, red pepper flakes and olive oil to the top.
