DIY Sweatshirt

We are all about latest trends, but we're also all about taking those trends and making it our own. Today we will show you how to take a plain ol' sweatshirt and spice it up to create a whole new look. What you'll need: -An old sweater and sweatshirt -Scissors and a razor blade Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Start by cutting around the neck of the shirt. Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Take a white pencil and trace what you want your neckline to look like. We are cutting a deep V in ours. Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Next, cut along the white line you drew. Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Step one is done! Now off to step two. We are now going to cut slits in the shirt. Be intentional about where you choose to cut the holes. You don't want to add too many. Processed with VSCO with a6 preset Go in with a razor blade and gently take it across the fabric to create frays. Do this on the cut outs and wherever else you want.
