Does Pura Vida Zip Code Protect?
Because every territory is populated differently, we assess protection on a case-by-case basis with the local sales rep.
How to I access Pura Vida’s B2B website?
Once you send in all of your new dealer documents and work on your first order with your sales rep, you will be able to create an account on our B2B website for all reorders.
Is there a reorder minimum?
Yes, $200 is our reorder minimum.
How do I get a fixture?
Our fixtures come free of charge with your opening order. Depending on how much product you order, you can qualify for our bigger fixtures, also free of charge.
How long does it take to set up my account?
It generally takes about 5-10 business days to get your account set up.
Does Pura Vida offer terms?
We offer N30 terms, on approval.
Can I purchase customs at wholesale?
Yes! We offer custom color bracelets and are also capable of creating custom charms once our MOQ’s are met.
