As a result, our artisan community, which began in Costa Rica, has expanded and our products are now made, assembled and distributed from within several countries including Costa Rica, El Salvador, India, and more.

Recently, we have received customer feedback that our advertising, marketing, and/or packaging materials may have caused some confusion as to whether our products are all hand-made, solely by local artisans in Costa Rica, and that the purchase of our products helps support the full-time jobs of local artisans only in Costa Rica. As we have expanded and grown, you may notice some changes have been made to the language on our website (www.puravidabracelets.com), our social media, and all other advertising, marketing, and packaging material in order to clarify, and correct any misunderstandings or confusion, that your purchase helps to support artisans who are manufacturing and assembling our
products in several countries around the world.

Based on your support and the resulting growth of Pura Vida Bracelets, the Pura Vida Bracelet product you purchased may not have been hand-made by local artisans in Costa Rica. Instead, because of the expansion of our business, our products are made, assembled and distributed from several countries around the world and benefit artisans and workers, in countries other than just Costa Rica. We sincerely apologize for any such confusion. We love being able to help and support people all over the world!

If you are dissatisfied with your previously purchased Pura Vida Bracelets product due to whether it was hand-made by, or benefitted, local artisans solely in Costa Rica, then we’d like to take this opportunity to make it up to you by refunding your purchase price for those products in full.
