2 C Frozen Mixed Berries
1 C Milk (We like coconut obvi!)
Your Toppings of Choice (Bananas, chia seeds, shredded coconut, hemp hearts, honey, granola, fruit, whatever!)
- Add the milk, frozen berries and banana in that order to your blender. Cover tightly and turn the power on.
- The mixture will be thick so you may need to stop blending and stir every few seconds.
- Top with your favourite morning munchies like chia seeds, shredded coconut and banana.
