It is so sweet and delicious, and this time of year is perfect for baking and trying new things. psalmsthirtyfour-8What you will need: -Chocolate chips (3/4 cup semi sweet or dark chocolate chips) -Shredded zucchini (1 1/2 cups) -Flour (1 cup) -Sugar (1/2 cup) -Cocoa powder (1/2 cup unsweetened) -2 eggs -Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup) -Canola oil (1/4 cup) -Instant coffee (1/2 teaspoon) -Baking powder (1/4 teaspoon) -Baking soda (3/4 teaspoon) -Salt (1/4 teaspoon) -Pure Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) psalmsthirtyfour-1Step 1) Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: Flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, instant coffee, and chocolate chips.
